A little background about how I arrived here to be of service to you….

Align Your Light was birthed from a personal journey within, triggered through the blessing of becoming a mother. Rewind the clock back to my childhood years. I grew up with a strong knowing that I came to earth for an important purpose. I didn’t know what, but I just felt it deep within my being.

I disconnected from this knowing during my teenage years and early twenties. Fast forward to my late twenties with the birth of my first child, and everything changed.

Motherhood catapulted me into the depths of remembering that knowing. Remembering that I came here for a purpose. Remembering my inherent and infinite connection to something greater.

I came to the realisation that I came to earth to be of service to humanity and share my own light with the world. I have a strong affinity to natural health and wellness, to the mind body soul connection, to the evolution of consciousness. This is the realm that I came to serve in.

This is where Kinesiology comes in….

I was first introduced to this amazing modality after the birth of my first child. I found myself with a beautiful baby who just would not settle. More than that, physical symptoms started presenting themselves.

I knew deep down - mother’s intuition - that something wasn’t right. I sought answers and guidance through allopathic doctors who could not help. At breaking point, I came across Kinesiology after it was recommended by another mother. I booked an appointment straight away and within days of the session I had a completely new baby. A baby who was settled and happy and whose physical symptoms were disappearing at the speed of light. I was blown away.

This was the beginning of my love for Kinesiology. I knew Kinesiology was the path I wanted to take in helping to fulfil my soul’s purpose.

It then took me 4.5 years of enough personal development and healing to bring me to a place where I was ready to begin my Kinesiology training. In hindsight, I realise it was all divine timing. That everything transpired at the exact moment it was meant to.

I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to health, vitality and wholeness. To assist you in remembering and aligning your light.
